Resellers
Reseller will receive 20 % of the sales price, even from all upcoming orders from same school (all related to STEDUS-program, that is). Thus, from typical order reseller receives 1000-2000 € + VAT per year per school. All schools joining after school started by reseller through our promoting system, will be rewarded to reseller as if they were sold by reseller even if there were no contact at all to new schools. Thus, if the number of schools in that same country will become 100 by reseller or through our promoting system (after the first contact or straight if the reseller is only reseller in that country), reseller receives 100 000 – 200 000 € + VAT per year. Thus, reseller might, with some luck, receive even many millions of euros per year by only starting the process in their country with just one school.
Beside reselling, reseller is to be SenseTrix STEDUS-presentative in the country they are acting. This means that if a support question is received from that country (likely by language of that country) they will translate that question to English and forward to SenseTrix. They will also handle any possible legal matters related to that country and if required by those legal matters, negotiate needed changes into licenses or software with SenseTrix. Or any other country related issues arising from customers from which reseller is receiving their share.
Reseller might receive also extra rewards, for example in case there comes large number of orders at once (i.e. they negotiate with certain city to help purchase STEDUS to all schools in city at once) or when certain number of customers from that country is received (even if not at the same time). These rewards are case by case dependent.
When someone under resellers country will make an order for STEDUS-related systems, the ordering school will pay it to reseller in full. When reseller has informed SenseTrix of this order, SenseTrix will invoice reseller. When SenseTrix receives the payment from reseller, the order will be delivered to reseller who in turn can send it to original ordering school. Typically this is a link with login details to load related software and license, and possibly some package including hardware, software, instructions in written form, or any other related. Reseller may translate written instructions to country-specific language if needed.
Reseller is not responsible of any errors in the software, or any other product SenseTrix delivers, they are SenseTrix responsibility to repair – thus it is as any other normal software reselling.
However reseller need to deal with any issues coming from that country, and help SenseTrix in solving them (language issues, different power amount in local electrical network-issues.. etc) or preferably to solve issues by themselves if possible (i.e. if the problem is related to computer purchased locally or to different power amounts in that country, they are out or SenseTrix possible knowledge – most likely reseller knows better local situation than SenseTrix)
